I just wanted to give you an update on one of the more popular programs for hardworking Floridians right here in central Florida, specifically Hillsborough, Pinellas, Polk, Pasco County.

There's a an HHF Florida bond program that allows for up to $15,000 for down payment and closing cost assistance. I have been helping, along with my team, for over two years now helping first-time homebuyers get into this program. It is for first-time homebuyers. If you have not been on the title of a home anywhere in the world for a period of three years, you are a first-time homebuyer.

There are income limits and a variety of other requirements, but I would love to talk to you about howyou can get into your first home right here in Pinellas County or Hillsborough County with this Hardest-Hit Fund Florida bond program.
