In the video, it appears that a Guy wearing an FWC shirt hits golf balls at Dolphins. If so, this is crazy!

The video below was filmed at Cockroach Bay Boat Ramp in Hillsborough County on Saturday, June 2nd, 2018 at 10:00 AM while taking a tour with Adventure Bro's Kayaking.

The viewer that filmed the video said,

"The Dolphin was swimming there for several minutes before he hit this ball and it was not the first ball he hit out there."

...and that the guy was walking around questioning people if they had caught and released any fish.

Do any of you know if this is an FWC officer?
